NEVER RENTED REFRIGERATED TRUCKS BEFORE?

It’s in our interests as well as yours to ensure you are safe when you rent our vehicles. We take you through all the operations before you drive and even set the refrigeration controls for you if you wish.
It’s not difficult and we explain without all the tech talk. Also in every vehicle there are printed instructions to help you and any other drivers who will be driving the vehicle.

NOT SURE WHAT TEMPERATURE YOU WILL NEED?

Most of our trucks are chiller freezers giving you the choice of chilling your goods or freezing them down to minus 18 degrees. At the touch of a button! Prior to your rental please advise us if you specifically require chiller or freezer capabilities .

NEED TO KEEP YOUR CARGO COLD OVERNIGHT OR ON SITE?

Most of our trucks have standby electrics. Simply plug into a 15amp outlet and you won’t need to unload that cargo! It’s also handy for generator powered sites. Great for caterers who work on site too!

DO I NEED TO COME TO YOU OR IS THERE DELIVERY AND PICKUP?

Not a problem. If you wish to come to us that’s fine or for a modest cost we save you valuable employee or personal time by being at your place on time and pick up when you’re finished.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE VEHICLE BREAKS DOWN?

We believe in preventative maintenance and our all vehicles are regularly serviced and checked. If you experience a roadside problem it is reassuring that the RAC will be there to assist. The number is on every one of our windscreens. We can also arrange towing and a replacement vehicle. Quickly!
